Seitan Taco and Elote tips


Fixed a quick and nifty solo vegan meal here.

ELOTE: Microwaved Corn in husk with silk for 2 minutes.
Pulled back husk and roasted on stove top open flame.
Canola Spread, Roasted Chipotle Seasoning + Lime Juice
for corn topping.

SEITAN: Rubbed prepared sliced Seitan filets with Taco Seasoning and a splash
of Seasoned Rice Vinegar. I find a little Vinegar or acid such as Lime
assist the seasoning penetration.
Sauteed to semi blackened in hot skillet with Orange Juice.
Topped the tossed together salad with Seitan and Avocado Cilantro dressing.
