Vegan Green Caesar Dressing -Bean based


No need to use tofu or even soaked nuts to achieve a creamy dressing.
Canned Cannelini Beans, rinsed + simmered in a little water to soften.

Other ingredients on display here including a hefty tsp of Flax Meal.
Topped off with Fresh Ground Peppercorn Melange.

Instead of pouring in the Olive Oil (fat grams) until it becomes shiny and smooth
use water or even a light cooler chilled vegan stock.

The color is lovely on a variety of salads.
Green Bean,Potato Salad,Roasted Zucchini,Cold Pasta Salad. Go wild!
