Veganopolis Enchilada Lasagna

 


A Veganopolis Buffet all time fave:
VEGAN ENCHILADA LASAGNA (page 207)with Salsa Verde
Roasted Pablano, Cashew, Beans, Spinach and Vegan Chorizo (page 185
and some store bought Daiya Vegan Shreds because we had some on hand.

To Create Cashew Ricotta add less moisture.
