Gooday Granola Bars

My favorite of all the granola bar flavors we make.
Oats, toasted Coconut, Toasted Sunflower Seeds, Toasted Sesame Seeds,
Molasses, Sugar, Vegan Margarine and Coconut Oil, Maple Syrup.
I often add a Powdered Spirulina and Powdered Vitamin C too.

A power packed bar for after my bike ride to the gym and a swim.
Simple and fun to create, non crumbly with an even a good day.
Finding the best Oats is key to them sticking together.
Smaller Oat Flakes rather than large ones world best.

Comprised of Almond Butter, Peanut Butter, Coconut Oil, Quick Oats,
Sunflower Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Coconut, Vanilla Extract, Maple Syrup
VEGAN Sugar.

New Orleans Style Red Beans and Rice

Surplus Organic Celery in the cooler so lets make Red Beans and Rice.
Added Vegan Sausage and that completed this hearty dish.
Rice is covered, cooked in a 350 oven with Celery, Onion, Spices and stock.
Optional side: Scoop of boiled and mashed Turnips on a saute of Greens.
