We made 2 pies the other day:
1. With Red Sauce, Vegan Mozz melts and store bought Vegan Pepperoni
2. Roasted Vegetable Pizza with Roasted Garlic Cloves, Spinach,Onions
Plum Tomatoes, Moroccan Olives, Fresh Oregano and Rosemary
This Roasted Vegetable Pizza was voted best of the two.
If you have no Vegan Cheese onboard fly the pie w/o vegan Cheese.
Or try the simple to create Cashew Ricotta, page 162, for a topping.
Drop by the tsp decorating the top layer prior to baking.

If you have Vital Wheat Gluten on hand add 2tsp to the flour for the dough.
We have found it makes for a firm and tasty crust + a protein bump.
