Friday Chill Chili

Elements for Chili chillin' together.
Stray elements found while organizing the cooler.
5-Spice blend all ready and standing by to be added to intitial saute:
Onion, Garlic, 1/2 a Green Bell Pepper, sliced and diced.

+Add a little more Chili Powder and Cumin at the final simmer for bounce.

1 12 Oz Can Diced Tomatoes
2 Plum Tomatoes, quartered, roasted with Smoke Flavor
1 1/2 C Vegan Stock
1-Jalapeno Pepper, diced
1 medium Sweet Onion, diced
a few Garlic cloves, sliced
2 Pablano Peppers,roasted over flame,placed in a covered bowl
to steam off skin, chopped.
1/2 a Green Bell Pepper, diced
1 ear of Sweet Corn
2 Roadhouse Burger Patties -page 155, ground

Plum Tomatoes that were roasting in a 405 oven


Cookin' together to meld spices , 5 Min, then add canned tomatoes, stock or both
Add a TBSP of Smoky Barbecue Sauce for a twist.


Next Added:
12 oz can of Tomatoes with Jalepeno
Then
1 1/2 C Vegan stock with 1 heaping tbsp Hickory Barbecue Sauce

Simmer a few minutes

Added 2 Roadhouse Burger patties , Page 155
+Cut them into into strips with a Kitchen Shears, ground in Cuisinart
Saute to lightly brown with Whole Fennel Seed, add to final simmer.

Bring to bubbling, serve.
