Simple Seitan was dipped in an Arrowroot/Water mixture for sticking.
Then rolled in a Southwestern Spice blend and a little flour.
(Add a little Garbanzo Flour for a kick)
Fried in a Safflower Oil to brown (3 min)

1/2 C ground Seitan was added to the Gravy for this presentation.
